Product Ideas: We love talking ideas! Our whole mission is to produce the items people actually WANT! So we invite you to leave us a message on our hotline, write us an email, tweet, comment, whatever! Also, please bear in mind that by submitting product ideas to us, you are giving Mindfull.co permission to produce and sell your idea, and waiving any copyright you hold for it. You WILL be given full credit though, and receive some of the first finished products, hot off the press!

Payment Security: Payments on Mindfull.co are processed using PayPal. You do NOT require a PayPal account to complete a purchase. You can use any major credit card for your payment. What's more, PayPal is easy, secure, and only THEY see your payment info. We don't even get a peek!
Once your payment at PayPal is complete, you'll be brought back to Mindfull.co, and we'll send you a confirmation email.


Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped using the standard postal service in order to avoid any extra brokerage charges or customs delays. All following pricing info is shown in Canadian dollars. Shipping fees within Canada are $11.99 for orders under $60, $13.99 for orders between $60 and $90, and free for orders over $90. Shipping fees to the United States are $8.99 for orders under $40, $12.99 for orders between $40 and $90, and free for orders over $90. Shipping fees to all other destinations are calculated based on our average shipping costs to overseas destinations. Shipping too expensive for you? We understand, but please understand that mailing parcels is not cheap for us or anyone.

Taxes: Orders destined for locations in Manitoba, Canada will be charged 7%PST and 5%GST. Orders destined for Nova Scotia will be charged 15%HST, New Brunswick and Newfoundland & Labrador will be charged 13%HST, British Columbia will be charged 12%HST, Ontario will be charged 13%HST, all other provinces will be charged 5% GST, and orders to all other destinations will not be charged any tax.

Returns: Product returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Step one is to contact us using one of the methods listed in our "Contact Us" area. Please describe the item being returned and your reason for returning it. Please also provide us with the order invoice number so we can properly reference your information. If the return is in response to an error on our part, your shipping costs for the return will be reimbursed. Please do not simply mail your merchandise back to us without receiving proper authorization beforehand. We cannot honor unverified returns and will not ship the items in question back to you at our own expense.

Privacy: Your information is safe with us. We have no desire or reason to share any of your information with any other parties. Your mailing information will be used only for shipment of Mindfull.co products and desired Mindfull.co related information and offers. Phone contact will only be made in regards to existing Mindfull.co orders and customer service issues. Email contact will only be made for the purposes of conveying information regarding existing Mindfull.co orders and customer service issues, as well as news updates you have not chosen to opt out of.
